Tareas:
– Community management of Social Media accounts
– Analysis and categorization of social media posts
– Alerts management, distribution and escalation processes
– Analyze the incoming alerts for domains that potentially misuse the brand.
– Set up and conduct trainings and workshop sessions on social customer care.
– Manage incoming requests through our support contact form and redirect them to the right team within the company.
– Create reports on specific social media activities from the customers or other industry topics.
