Drive Me busca un Sales & Marketing Manager en Barcelona. Salario: 20.000€ – 40.000€ Bruto/año. Imprescindible inglés avanzado.
Requisitos:
- Vocation, intelligence, energy and integrity.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of sales, marketing, communications and public relations activities.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
- Demonstrated experience acquiring large numbers of customers through «below the line» marketing and sales channels (partnerships, events, e-PR, social media, etc.).
- Entrepreneurial drive, «can do» attitude and ability to achieve goals in a fast paced/changing environment; autonomous and self-driven.
- Working proficiency in English. Solid English (other languages are +) communication skills, oral and written.
- Passion about cars.
- Solid understanding of the tourism market, automotive market, event & incentives market.
- Experience in sales environment: fast-paced, high-pressure and performance driven.

Tareas:
- Interview, hire, train and mentor new sales & marketing department staff.
- Create, communicate and implement the sales & marketing strategy.
- Create sales plans and analyze data in order to make informed decisions.
- Setting sales goals and KPI’s.
- Services analysis and design.
- Coordinate lead generation efforts for each business line.
- Plan, execute, track, analyze and optimize the performance of online marketing campaigns (Google Ads/Doc Control de Campañas, Facebook + IG ads, website promotions, emailing).
- Define audience and budget
- Write and proofread creative copy
- Command and approve design pieces
- Monitor performance: Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads & Rezdy
- Optimize campaigns: audience, budget, message
- Plan, execute, track, analyze and optimize the performance of off-line marketing campaigns (activations, maps, magazines, guides).
- Find and evaluate advertising opportunities
- Request quotations and negotiate rates

- Command and approve design pieces
- Follow up on publication and invoicing

- Plan sales & marketing assets for each business line (catalogues, service books, flyers, photos, video).

- Plan, organize and host fam trips and press trips for hotel concierges, agents and press
- Update databases and monitor Contact and Account creation procedures on CRM
- Coordinate and oversee web development and web updates
- Writing and proofreading creative copy for websites
- Benchmarking: research and monitor competitors
- Conduct research on marketing trends and tools
- Define sales & marketing department’s internal organization culture
