Come and be part of our great team, in the position of marketing manager for PANCO Group at our Vilanova i La Geltrú premises. Your main challenges will be:
Deployment of the company’s content plan for various platforms, taking into account different target audiences, content types, and suitable formats.
Tasks
- Planning and scheduling of content.
- Creation of content in different formats for PANCO’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
- Coordination and supervision of production to meet established timelines.
- Proposal of content ideas and plans.
- Text writing (Copywriting).
- Event coverage.
- Building and growing different communities.
- Writing content for multiple channels, adapted to the brand’s tone.
- Support in creating campaigns and creative concepts.
- Defining, designing, and implementing social ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).
- Monitoring and analyzing results on a weekly basis.
- Preparing and presenting monitoring reports.
- Establishing relationships with journalists and industry professionals.
- Driving actions and collaboration agreements with influencers.
