The Digital Marketing Executive will report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing. The candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization. The candidate will plan and executive digital (including email) marketing campaigns and designs, maintain and supply content for the organization´s web site and app.
The Digital Marketing executive will analyze and report on visitor data and devise and suggest new ways to market products.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or relevant field.
- More than 5 years of Digital Marketing experience and responsibility.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Strong Editing and writing skills.
- Good knowledge of all digital marketing channels.
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- Strong experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Familiar with web/app design
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Languages like Spanish or Swedish are highly appreciated.
- Ability to priorize and plan workload efficiently, with a thorough and meticulous approach.
- Knowledge of basic golf terms is an added value

TASKS TO DEVELOP
· Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
· Oversee a social media strategy, monitor results and provide accurate reports
· Manage and maintain the organisation’s website(s)
· Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook,Twitter, Instagram or Linkedin.
· Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
· Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
· Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
· Fix any errors or bugs in online content
· Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
· Arrange webinars and webcasts
· Regularly create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
· Write copy for email marketing campaigns
· Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
· Work on printed material to supplement online products
· Attend product launches and networking events
